Chop sweet potato and steam for 10 mins/until soft.
On a skillet, at medium heat add ghee, salt, black pepper and cumin. Fry spices for 1 min.
Add steamed sweet potato into the skillet and lightly fry till golden brown.
Remove sweet potatoes and spices from the skillet to your favorite plate or bowl of choice and wait till it’s not pipping hot. Medium temp is ideal so that upon melting the raw butter the enzymes live to embrace your sweet potato. Roughly 1min-2mins.
Add raw butter, cheese and mix. Top off with grasp and throw micro greens.
