Apple/ Pear Crumble


  • Sprouted almonds
  • Coconut oil/ghee
  • Coconut palm sugar
  •  Apples/pears
  • Raw cream
  • Raw Butter
  • Raw Honey


  1. Sprouted almonds blended in a food processor
  2. Add coconut oil/ghee and coconut palm sugar to the almond powder to make the crumble
  3. Skin and slice apples/pears and layer in a pan that is lined with a light layer of ghee.
  4. Spoon some ghee over around and into the fruits then layer the crumble over the top
  5. Bake on 300 for 15-20 minutes or tip the top is browned
  6. Serve warm with raw cream/raw butter and raw honey
