Almond & Hazel Nut Mylks

Almond Mylk


  • 1 cup of Almonds
  • 3 -4 cups of spring water
  • Raw Honey
  • Vanilla extract to taste. Approx 1/2tsp

Hazel Mylk


  • 1 cup of Hazelnuts
  • 3 -4 cups of Spring Water
  • Raw Honey
  • Pinch of Sea Salt
  • Chia Seeds or Raw Chia Oil


  1. Soak nuts overnight for approx 10-14hrs. When ready they will be afloat.
  2. Drain water and rinse almonds well.
  3. Add freshly washed nuts into your blender, add 2-3cups of water, add the rest of the ingredients and blend! Add more water if you like it lighter.
  4. Once blended strain pulp through a cheese cloth or nut milk bag and wahh la!! The nut pulp can be refrigerated and added into meals and salads for a  nutty twist!
