Apple/ Pear Crumble
Ingredients
- Sprouted almonds
- Coconut oil/ghee
- Coconut palm sugar
- Â Apples/pears
- Raw cream
- Raw Butter
- Raw Honey
Directions
- Sprouted almonds blended in a food processor
- Add coconut oil/ghee and coconut palm sugar to the almond powder to make the crumble
- Skin and slice apples/pears and layer in a pan that is lined with a light layer of ghee.
- Spoon some ghee over around and into the fruits then layer the crumble over the top
- Bake on 300 for 15-20 minutes or tip the top is browned
- Serve warm with raw cream/raw butter and raw honey
