Raw Yogurt Lassi

Raw Yogurt Lassi (can use raw buttermilk too)

Sweet!

  • 1 part yogurt
  • 2 -3 parts water water (ie. Glass: 1/4 yogurt  almost 3/4 water)
  • Raw honey sweeten to your taste

For flavor add: rose water, berries (blueberries, blackberries, mulberries, strawberries), mint, vanilla, cardamom, cinnamon

Salty!

  • 1 part yogurt
  • 2 -3 parts water water (ie. Glass: 1/4 yogurt  almost 3/4 water)
  • Pinch of Himalayan sea salt (optional to add a combination of: grated cucumber, pepper, cumin, cilantro, dill, basil)

For flavor add: cumin, grated cucumber, cilantro, mint, dill, basil, ginger
