Almond & Hazel Nut Mylks
Almond Mylk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Almonds
- 3 -4 cups of spring water
- Raw Honey
- Vanilla extract to taste. Approx 1/2tsp
Hazel Mylk
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of Hazelnuts
- 3 -4 cups of Spring Water
- Raw Honey
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- Chia Seeds or Raw Chia Oil
Directions
- Soak nuts overnight for approx 10-14hrs. When ready they will be afloat.
- Drain water and rinse almonds well.
- Add freshly washed nuts into your blender, add 2-3cups of water, add the rest of the ingredients and blend! Add more water if you like it lighter.
- Once blended strain pulp through a cheese cloth or nut milk bag and wahh la!! The nut pulp can be refrigerated and added into meals and salads for a  nutty twist!
